Polyurethane edge sealing rock wool panel is an energy-saving building board composed of incombustible rock wool as the core material, galvanized or aluminized zinc color coated steel plate as the panel, polyurethane edge sealing at both ends, and the interaction between them through professionally developed adhesive. It integrates fire prevention, thermal insulation, noise insulation and beautiful decoration. The biggest difference is that rock wool is easy to absorb water, become damp and mildew, while polyurethane edge sealing rock wool panel adopts the assembly line production process, which makes use of the excellent waterproof of polyurethane products, overcomes the disadvantage that rock wool is easy to absorb water and deliquescence, and effectively prolongs the service life of products in terms of physical properties. The core material of polyurethane edge sealing rock wool is bonded with two layers of steel plates to form a whole and work together. Coupled with the wave forming on the upper surface of the roof panel, its overall stiffness is much better than the on-site composite plate with rock wool (glass wool) sandwiched in the profiled plate.
