When the flashing parts at the bottom of the board are fixed with self tapping screws, the spacing should be kept at about 1.5m, so as to make the flashing parts flat and enhance the aesthetic effect of polyurethane rock wool panel. The spacing between the balancing supports at the bottom of the board should not exceed 2m.
(2) Insert the starting plate of horizontal laying into the balance bracket at the bottom of the plate for fixation. After the installation of polyurethane rock wool panel, the number of male nails shall be controlled at 1.5m spacing. In order to ensure the flatness of the plate joint, when there is a corner plate, the installation of the corner plate should be given priority. When the corner plate is transported, the corner position should be protected to avoid damage. During hoisting, the lifting belt shall be placed in the middle of the plate as far as possible, and the cable wind rope can be added to avoid friction between the plate and the purlin and maintain balance.
(3) During the construction of polyurethane rock wool panel, the connector shall be tightly connected, and the angle of the corner board shall be paid attention to. The plane of the corner board is on the same plane as the plane of the main wall panel. During the construction process, horizontal alignment shall be carried out every 4-5 panels, so as to improve the aesthetics of the corner board installation and enhance the aesthetic effect of the building.
(4) When installing middle seam fasteners on polyurethane rock wool panel, 4cm gap shall be reserved between adjacent Henan polyurethane rock wool panels. Vertical purlins shall be arranged at the middle seam during installation; The flange of the middle seam trim shall be coated with glue for waterproof treatment. After installation, the joint between the plate insertion joint and the middle seam shall be filled with glue, and the middle seam shall be filled with insulation materials.
(5) For the installation of edge closing parts, the edge closing parts at the door and window openings can be cut according to the site requirements, and each joint is required to be coated with glue for waterproof treatment.
