The installation of polyurethane cold storage wall panel shall be carried out in strict accordance with the installation specifications and plate arrangement drawings. During the installation, the polyurethane cold storage plate wall panel shall be properly cut at the processing site, and the plate surface film of about 5cm on both sides of the concave convex groove of the cold storage panel shall be torn off, and the inner side of the groove shall be treated with continuous sealant.

Lift the polyurethane cold storage panel to the designated position and fix it with nylon bolts and steel purlins around the wall. When fixing the wall panel, start from one corner of the outer wall, and install the wall panel to both sides with the skirting plate as the base point. Each cold storage plate is fixed with 6 nylon bolts. When inserting the next plate, it is tightly pressed with the first plate, and the convex groove is tight. The plate joint is controlled at 5mm ± 1mm, which is used for expansion and contraction of polyurethane cold storage plate at low temperature.

When the first polyurethane cold storage panel is fixed in place, a continuous alignment line shall be drawn vertically. This line and the first cold storage panel will become a guide line to facilitate the rapid installation and calibration of the polyurethane cold storage panel. Then, each wall area shall be inspected in sections during installation. The method is to measure the length of the fixed cold storage plate and measure it at the top and bottom respectively to ensure that there is no movement and fan. After the installation of one side wall panel is completed, the intersection of polyurethane cold storage panels shall be torn and glued. The torn film shall be clean without residual points. The gluing shall be uniform and smooth, and the surface shall be concave and arc.

It does not melt, soften and diffuse flame penetration under high temperature, which fundamentally solves the occurrence of external insulation fire.

The plate is composed of inner and outer steel plates and core materials. The outer steel plate is generally 0.6 thick, and the inner steel plate is generally 0.4 or 0.5 thick. The surface form of the outer steel plate is generally divided into three types: flat, small ripple and relief effect (flat and small ripple are preferred, and many owners prefer to use pure flat plate); The core material is generally made of rock wool, glass wool or polyurethane material through mechanical compounding.
